KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate directly with client solutions managers to support business development activities, including attending prospect meetings, liaising with Japanese asset managers, and assisting with client seminars and events. Assist in the preparation of client－facing materials and presentations, including RFP responses, Japanese translations of marketing and legal documents, and coordination of edits between internal teams and BD support. Oversee and facilitate the legal documentation process, including contract coordination and negotiation, to ensure smooth execution of agreements. Partner with client solutions managers and broader client service teams on the preparation and delivery of client reports, presentations, and special projects. Liaise with internal teams — including investment, portfolio management, legal, research, and reporting — to gather and compile necessary information for client deliverables. Coordinate assigned projects and manage workflow effectively using allocated internal resources. Maintain a solid understanding of assigned client portfolios, including portfolio structure and underlying investments. Respond to client inquiries and requests, analyzing data and reports where necessary, while working closely with client solutions managers to ensure high－quality service delivery. Provide support for additional duties and ad hoc projects as required. Learn and utilize internal technology platforms and tools to compile and present data effectively for client use. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • College degree （B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.）• 7＋ years of working experience. Working experience should include experience in private markets, financial industry, asset management industry, or other related industry. • Native level fluency in Japanese. Business Level fluency in English • Ability to collaborate and work in a team－environment • Capacity to learn, absorb and analyze information quickly • Candidate should be detail oriented, responsible, and organized • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications necessary （Word, Excel, PowerPoint） |
