JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for contributing to the growth of the retail business by managing and developing relationships with investment product distributors. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead and support team efforts to achieve sales targets across both Public Offering Investment Trusts （POIT） and Private Placement Investment Trusts （PPIT）. Plan and execute new fund launches and marketing initiatives for existing products, taking into account market trends, client needs, and product characteristics for assigned accounts. Actively engage with stakeholders at all levels — including head office contacts, investment consultants, and sales representatives — across distributor firms and asset managers to identify and pursue sales and promotional opportunities. Develop and cultivate new distribution partners, converting them into long－term productive relationships to drive sustained asset inflows. Achieve targets related to assets under management （AuM） and revenue generation. Propose and help shape new product ideas aligned with market and client needs. Prepare business proposals, client reports, investment reviews, and handle other ad hoc requests. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing service delivery. Ensure all sales activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. |

【必須（MUST）】 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree 5＋ years of experiences at Asset Management industry, especially with foreign asset managers Strong motivation for sales and the ability to exceed client expectations Experience with financial regulations, industry associations rules, and compliance standards Familiarity with investment management, products, services, and markets. Understand and demonstrate company’s purpose and core values Team－oriented mindset Analytical mind with problem－solving aptitude Native level proficiency in Japanese, both spoken and written Business level proficiency in English, both spoken and written |
