JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for driving the growth of the retail business by managing and expanding relationships with investment product distributors. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Support team efforts in client servicing and business development to achieve sales objectives across both Public Offering Investment Trusts （POIT） and Private Placement Investment Trusts （PPIT）. Manage and execute new fund launches and develop marketing plans for existing products, taking into account market trends, client needs, and product characteristics, for assigned clients. Proactively engage with counterparts — including head office representatives, investment consultants, and sales personnel — at distributors and asset management companies to identify and pursue sales and promotional opportunities. Identify and cultivate new distribution partners, converting them into productive relationships that drive medium－ to long－term asset flows. Meet or exceed targets related to assets under management （AuM） and revenue generation. Contribute new product ideas based on client feedback and market developments. Prepare business proposals, client reports, investment reviews, and respond to ad hoc client requests as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and timely support for ongoing client needs. Ensure all sales and business development activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. |

【必須（MUST）】 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree 3＋ years of experiences at Asset Management industry Experience of financial regulations, industry associations rules and industry compliance standards Familiarity with mutual fund business Understand and demonstrate company’s purpose and core values. Teamwork oriented mindset Native level proficiency in Japanese, both spoken and written Business level proficiency in English, both spoken and written |
