JOB SUMMARY Responsible for driving the growth of the retail sales business, with a primary focus on developing the fund wrap and sub－advised channels to generate long－term asset inflows. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Support the Head of Retail Sales in achieving team and organizational targets by executing strategic initiatives and demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills. Develop and expand the fund wrap and sub－advised business, with a focus on core strategies, market coverage, and sustainable asset growth over the mid to long term. Lead and manage new fund launches and design marketing strategies for existing products, considering market conditions, client needs, and product attributes. Build and maintain proactive communication with key stakeholders — including head office contacts, investment consultants, sales teams, and decision－makers — across fund wrap providers, retail distributors, consultants, and asset management companies. Originate and propose new product ideas aligned with market opportunities and client demands. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective handling of client requests and inquiries. Ensure that all sales－related activities are conducted in full compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory standards. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree 10＋ years of experience in the asset management industry, especially with foreign asset managers. Quasi－institutional skills and excellent English proficiency for deep engagement with the regional office. Strong motivation for sales and the ability to exceed client expectations, demonstrated by past achievements and sales records. Experience with financial regulations, industry associations rules, and compliance standards. Familiarity with investment management, products, services, and markets. Team－ oriented mindset Native－level proficiency in Japanese, both spoken and written Analytical mind with problem－solving aptitude Attention to detail Understanding and demonstration of the company’s purpose and core values, with a commitment to aligning personal goals with the company’s mission |
