JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the execution of all Marketing activities in conjunction with the head of the department. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Contribute as a team member to enhancing departmental performance by strengthening and implementing frameworks and procedures from a marketing strategy perspective. Localization of Thought Leadership content （translation, content review and quality enhancement requiring expertise） and creation of ad－hoc reports for market events （not translation） Create materials and video content for distributors and investors, plan and organize events, manage media and public relations, branding, digital marketing, and handle RFPs （Requests for Proposals） and DDs （Due Diligence）, either as the main person in charge or by supporting the main person in charge |

【必須（MUST）】 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree At least 5 years of experience in the asset management industry, with a focus on marketing activities Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environments Good command of English at Business and advance level of Japanese （native） Personal Attributes: o Exceptional attention to detail o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels o A team player o Analytical mindset with the ability to apply insights commercially o Initiative－taking and innovative, constantly looking to improve existing processes o Thrives under pressure, meets strict deadlines, and effectively manages multiple priorities o Resilient and confident in advocating for the opinions o Solution－oriented, focusing on resolving problems rather than merely identifying them Understanding and demonstration of the company’s purpose and core values, with a commitment to aligning personal goals with the company’s mission |
