■The position As a GMP Partner, you will: ・Support the Manufacturing Supervisor in ensuring compliance by aligning Koriyama Factory’s QMS/GMP with J－GMP standards. ・Oversee compliance checks on the shop floor in both Production and Quality Control. ・Stay updated on GMP requirements and implement them within the GMP/QMS framework. ・Act as the primary contact for GMP audits/inspections, facilitating arrangements and follow－up actions. ・Provide support across departments regarding deviations and audit findings while coordinating GMP activities and ensuring ongoing training. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ■Qualifications・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy （preferably as a pharmacist）, Sciences, or Pharma Engineering. ・Over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of international standards and local regulations. ・Experience and knowledge in production and quality control laboratories. ・Fluent or native in Japanese, with business－level proficiency in English. ・Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. |
