■The position As a Public Affairs, Therapeutic Policy Specialist/Manager, your responsibilities will include: Lead the research and strategic analysis of disease-related public policies. Establish and maintain high-level relationships with government agencies, industry associations, patient groups, and other policy-related external stakeholders. Additionally, collaborate and coordinate with related departments within the organisation to drive policy initiatives. Respond and adapt promptly to regulatory changes and provide strategic guidance. Monitor, analyse, and report on industry trends and market perceptions. Lead the planning and management of events and meetings, prepare and review policy proposals and reports, Deliver internal and external presentations on disease-related public policy. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ■Qualification・A master’s degree is preferrable. ・Experience in the healthcare industry, including research, development, strategic planning, marketing and consultancy services. ・Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus. ・Five years of pharmaceuticals or healthcare-related industry/organization experience within the field of HEOR or RWE. ・Science and research background, commercial background especially associated with in-depth analytic skills, cross functional project management experience is preferred. ・Business-level English and Japanese are required. If the candidate has experience working on HEOR projects overseas (regardless of where/which country the candidate lives now), we can consider them even if the candidate doesn’t speak Japanese or/and never worked in Japan |
