A skilled vRAN Engineer with expertise in 5G site construction, software integration, and network optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in deploying and validating virtualized Radio Access Network (vRAN) solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal network performance Key Responsibilities: 1) 5G Site Construction & Integration a) Deploy, configure, and integrate 5G radio units (RU), distributed units (DU), and core network elements. b) Perform end-to-end network integration to ensure site readiness. 2) Software Integration in DU a) Install and integrate software within 5G DU environments for optimal operation. b) Validate functionality and troubleshoot any integration issues. 3) IoT Testing of Radio Units a) Conduct IoT performance testing for radio units, ensuring compliance with 5G standards. b) Analyze results to optimize radio behavior and network efficiency. 4) Handover Optimization a) Confirm seamless 5G cell handover across multiple network layers. b) Perform field validation and troubleshoot connectivity gaps. 5) Field Trials & Performance Validation a) Execute real-world field trials to test network stability and optimize vRAN performance. b) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine deployment strategies. | 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications:1)8 years of experience in mobile network deployment, preferably in 5G. 2) Hands-on experience with RAN elements, including DU, CU, and RU. 3) Familiarity with tools like Site Master, TEMS, XCAL, and log analysis platforms. 4) Strong knowledge of 5G NR architecture, interfaces (F1, Xn, etc.), and protocols. 5) Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently on field assignments. Preferred Certifications 1) 5G RAN Certification (from vendors like Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, etc.) 2) Basic RF Planning & Optimization knowledge 3) Driving license (as field travel may be required) |
