仕事内容	【業務内容】航空機リース及びアセットマネジメント関連業務や社内申請を東京にて担当。航空機トレーディング部門や香港及びダブリンの他部署と協力しながら、スムーズな案件実行やアセットマネジメントサービスの提供を行う。また、日本を拠点とするエアラインを担当し、セールアンドリースバック等の新規案件獲得を狙う。専門知識と経験を活かしたJOL営業や新規事業の発掘を推進。 ◆リース関連契約のレビュー、ドキュメンテーション管理、関連する社内申請及び社内外の関係者との打ち合わせをリードすることで、航空機トレーディング部門をサポートし、円滑な案件クロージングの達成 ◆法律・テクニカル・アセットマネジメント関連業務について、香港やダブリンの関連部門と連携し、効果的かつタイムリーなサポートを航空機トレーディング部門に提供 ◆新規案件のプライシング、案件概要の作成及び社内外で必要となる分析資料の作成の準備のサポート ◆エアラインマーケティングチーム、アセットマネジメントチーム、テクニカルチームと連携し、投資家にアセットマネジメントサービスを提供 ◆定期的な訪問、電話、Eメール等により、日本を拠点とするエアラインとの良好な関係を維持し、SLBも含めた新規案件を獲得 ◆様々なルートを通じてマーケットに関する情報を積極的に収集し、新たなビジネスを発掘 ◆既存の大口JOL投資家や新規JOL投資家を担当し、新規JOL案件を獲得 ◆必要に応じ、航空会社や投資家とのミーティングの国内及び海外出張 ◆航空機リース関連の国際カンファレンスやイベントへの参加【Duties and responsibilities】 Mainly responsible for aircraft leasing and asset management related business and operations in Tokyo by cooperating with Aircraft Trading Division in Tokyo and other relevant departments in Hong Kong and Dublin to close transaction smoothly and to provide best asset management service to clients. Communicating with airlines based in Japan for identifying and acquiring SLB and other new opportunities. Communicating with well-experienced JOL investors and new JOL investors as well as developing new structures and/or business to achieve the company target proactively. ・Assist aircraft trading divisions to review transaction documents, manage the documentation processes, make relevant internal applications, and lead various internal and external meetings to achieve the smooth JOL closings; ・Provide efficient and timely advice to aircraft trading division by cooperating with other relevant teams in Hong Kong and Dublin, such as Legal, Technical and Asset Management teams; ・Help to analyze new transactions, prepare transaction summaries and analysis spreadsheet required for external and internal use; ・From technical and asset management perspective, actively liaising with Airline Marketing team, Asset Management team and Technical team to provide best asset management services to clients; ・Maintain solid relationships with airlines based in Japan and identify new opportunities including SLB opportunities by regular visits, phone calls and emails etc; ・Actively collect market information through different channels to develop new business opportunities in the Japanese market; ・Maintain solid relationships with existing big JOL clients and new JOL clients by taking advantage of professional knowledge and experiences; ・Occasional domestic and overseas visits to airlines and JOL clients when necessary; ・Participate in various global aircraft leasing related conferences and events when needed.
労働条件	勤務地：東京（丸の内　最寄り東京駅から駅直結）、名古屋、大阪、福岡契約期間：期間の定めなし（正社員）試用期間：あり（３カ月）就業時間：9:00～18:00（休憩1.5 時間）　　　　　在宅勤務有（別途要申請）休日　　：完全週休二日制（土・日・祝日）（年間休日121日前後）休暇　　：年次有給休暇（試用期間後等級に応じあ日数を付与）、年末年始/慶弔残業　　：あり（平均月10時間）給与形態：固定給制（月給・タイトルによっては30時間相当分の固定時間外手当含む/月30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給）手当　　：通勤手当給与改定：年1回通勤手当：会社規定に基づき支給社会保険：健康保険、厚生年金、労災保険、雇用保険福利厚生等：総合福祉団体定期保険
応募資格	【応募資格】 ◆4年制大学、または大学院卒 ◆航空機リース会社、JOL/JOLCOアレンジャー、または航空会社にて、3年以上の航空機リース経験 ◆一定以上のJOL / JOLCOの知識や経験を持つ方が望ましい ◆自発的に自信を持って業務に取り組む姿勢を持つ方 ◆日本語が母国語であること。ビジネスレベルの英語読み・書き能力を持つ方【Qualifications】・Bachelor’s degree or above; ・Minimum 3 years’ experience in aircraft leasing companies, JOL/JOLCO arrangers or airlines ・Certain level of JOL or JOLCO knowledge and experience would be preferred; ・Confident and self-motivated; ・Native Japanese is a must, basic English reading and writing capability preferred.
