＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■急成長中の企業 ご紹介企業は日本市場に進出して以降、着実に組織を拡大しており、現在は少数精鋭の体制で運営されています。今後もさらなる人員強化や事業拡大が予定されており、成長フェーズの企業で新たなチャレンジをしたい方にとって魅力的な環境です！ ■高品質なコンシューマー製品とブランド力 同社は洗練されたデザインと高い品質を兼ね備えたコンシューマー向けブランドとして知られており、国内市場でも着実に支持を広げています。品質へのこだわりが評価され、信頼をベースにブランドを確立しています。 ■レポートライン 本ポジションは日本のCFOにレポートします。HR・IT・サプライチェーンなど多岐にわたる領域での経験を持ち、国際的なビジネス感覚に優れた方です。 ■チーム構成 ファイナンスチームは3名の少数精鋭体制です。業務ではSAPを使用しています。 ＜業務内容詳細＞ Accounting Responsibilities: － Oversee day－to－day accounting operations using ERP systems （e.g., SAP）, ensuring all entries are supported by appropriate documentation － Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice issuance and payment reconciliation － Lead monthly and annual financial closings in accordance with internal timelines and accounting standards － Prepare and submit required tax filings and ensure timely tax payments － Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure account accuracy － Monitor and execute timely bank payments － Support audit preparation and compliance－related documentation － Manage and delegate tasks to 1–2 accounting team members － Handle additional finance and administrative duties as required Finance Responsibilities: － Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages to relevant stakeholders － Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes － Monitor actual spending against budgets and flag variances for action |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field－ 5 －10 years of work experience as Accounting Manager － Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures － Hands－on experience with ERP is a must （SAP preferred） － Intermediate MS Excel skills including Vlookups, SumIf and pivot tables － Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills － Japanese and English: strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in both languages. |
