We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Project Portfolio Manager will run the company Project Portfolio to align and drive Strategical, Transformational and other initiatives based on the vision of our company. This role will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects/initiatives across the organization by ensuring that appropriate disciplines are applied by establishing a local process based on global guidance for everyone to follow in Chubb Japan. He/she will be train and guide and monitor to engage with project members and to bring complex matrixed from various functions to deliver projects. The Senior Project Portfolio Manager will monitor project activities such as reporting, planning, issues, risks, schedule, scope, budget, resources, stakeholder relationships, and procurement activities. Consolidate reports on the status of the projects to be presented to Head of Project and Reporting. This position requires a strong leader with excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills in Japanese and in English. 【Key Responsibilities】 Responsible for overseeing the performance of all projects and initiatives through Business Leads and Delivery Managers and other stakeholders. ●Develop and/or maintain a project portfolio framework, best practices, and procedures, and create a roadmap aligned with organizational objectives ●Ensure all project management staff adhere to the project portfolio framework, processes, and procedures and deliver projects on time. ●Identify and implement process improvements to enhance PMO efficiency and effectiveness. ●Develop good relationships with business, IT staff, and other project related stakeholders to ensure program/project governance and efficiencies. ●Communicate portfolio status and project updates effectively to stakeholders. ●Contribute to development of PMO best practices and procedures and develop a local roadmap and to monitor progress of the projects. ●Responsible to lead some projects or initiatives that are difficult or complex or important for the company. ●Monitor all projects and initiatives across the company in a collaborative manner, ensuring transparency to delivery strategic, transformational, and other initiatives. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ●Around 10 years of work experience, including a Program or Project Manager role.●Knowledge and understanding of project governance and process standardization. ●Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. ●Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ●Experience in working in a company with fewer than 800 employees. ●Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, MS Teams, Jira. ●Language skills: Japanese (JLPT N1), English 【歓迎（WANT）】 ● Experience in Insurance Industry is a plus●A positive, proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of accountability. ●Ability to drive organizational change and promote a positive culture of continuous improvement. ●An objective-oriented individual who can identify and resolve problems in creative and innovative ways. |
