As the business grows, so do you—we provide an environment where personal and professional growth go hand in hand. 業務内容について TikTok LIVEのクリエイターエージェンシーの獲得およびパートナーシップの開発の担当。なお、エージェンシーと強固な関係の築き、共にTikTok LIVEの成長の推進。 ・市場および競合調査に基づいたエージェンシー戦略の策定 新たなクリエイターエージェンシーおよびタレントマネジメント会社を特定し、パートナーシップを結ぶ ・ライブ配信活動サポート（エージェンシーやタレントマネジメント会社へのレポート提供等） ・エージェンシーおよびタレントマネジメント会社向けのマニュアルやコミュニティガイドラインの作成 ・エージェンシーおよびタレントマネジメント会社向けのワークショップの実施 ・目標設定およびKPIの管理、データ分析の実施 ・その他関連する取り組みの企画・実行 Responsibilities Lead the acquisition and partnership development of creator agencies for TikTok LIVE. This role involves building strong relationships with agencies and working as partners to grow TikTok LIVE together. -Develop agency strategies based on market and competitor research. Identify and onboard new creator agencies and talent management companies, establishing partnerships. - Provide support for live streaming activities, including reporting for agencies and talent management companies. - Create manuals and community guidelines for agencies and talent management companies. - Conduct workshops for agencies and talent management companies. - Manage goals and KPIs, and perform data analysis. - Plan and execute other related initiatives. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・IT、メディア、またはエンターテインメント業界での営業またはビジネス開発の経験・優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキルを持ち、多様で国際的な環境で働く能力 ・ビジネスレベルの日本語力と中国語力 ・他の地域のステークホルダーと協力できる英語力 ・最低1年のチームマネジメント経験 - Experience in sales or business development in the IT, media, or entertainment industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a diverse and international environment. - Business-level proficiency in Japanese and Chinese - English proficiency sufficient to collaborate with stakeholders in other regions. - At least 1 year of team management experience. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・ライブ配信業界での経験・B2B営業、特に新規ビジネス開発の経験 ・ゼロからチームを構築し、管理した実績 - Experience in the live streaming industry. - Experience in B2B sales, especially in new business development. - Proven experience in building and managing a team from scratch. |
