As the business grows, so do you—we provide an environment where personal and professional growth go hand in hand. 業務内容について TikTok LIVEでのクリエイターの成長促進、視聴者の利用促進、キャンペーンやイベントなどの施策を通じた収益化の担当。 ・市場および競合調査に基づいた戦略の策定 ・グローバルチームと連携し、グローバルイベントのローカライズ ・日本市場向けのキャンペーンおよびイベントの企画・実行 ・目標設定およびKPIの管理、データ分析 Responsibilities You will be responsible for growing creators on TikTok LIVE, promoting the use of viewers, and monetizing through measures such as campaigns and events. - Formulating strategies based on market and competition research - Working with global teams to localize global events - Planning and executing campaigns and events for the Japanese market - Managing goals and KPIs and analyzing data |
