The Associate Director/New Product Planning (NPP) role is a pivotal position that drives the creation of an "End to End" strategy for new franchises and products within the pipeline, specifically focusing on the neuroscience portfolio.
This includes psychiatric and neurological disorders, making it a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare in these areas.
As the leader of multiple Disease Areas (DA), you will be the key communicator between global and regional stakeholders, representing Japan's strategic commercial function.
Your role will involve developing compound strategies with R&D, maximizing labelling opportunities, accelerating regulatory pathways, and optimizing pipeline priorities.
Your impact will be felt across the organization as you identify unmet medical needs and evidence gaps, shape future markets and products with deep insights, and develop comprehensive market access strategies.
By conducting research and collecting professional opinions, you will visualize customer insights and drive innovation.

In addition, you will play a crucial role in forecasting and budget planning, establishing diagnostics business value, and partnering to develop optimal local/regional Business Development (BD) strategies.
Your commercial expertise will support BD activities and ensure the launch excellence of new compounds.
Your qualifications and experiences will be instrumental in achieving these goals.
With a background in pharma business, new product planning, and new product launch, you will bring a demonstrated track record of business results in complex and ambiguous marketing environments.
Your leadership potential, ability to develop trust relationships, and strategic mindset will be key to your success.

■Job Description:
Develop compound strategy with R&D as co-lead of cross functional team for Neuroscience Therapeutic Area compounds.
Maximize labeling opportunity
Acceleration of regulatory pathway
Optimization of pipeline priority
Find unmet medical needs and evidence gap
Shape future market and product with deep insight to visualize customer insights by conducting research, collecting professional opinion.
Develop comprehensive market access strategy with internal/external stakeholders.
Forecasting and Budget planning in accordance with rolling business cycle.
Establish diagnostics business value with relevant compound.
Partner to develop an optimal local/regional Business Development (BD) strategy and provide commercial expertise to support BD activities.
Ensure launch excellence of new compounds for a responsible compound as a cross functional launch team lead.
Undertake technology-enabled solutions to improve patient outcomes.
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

<Experiences>
5 years or more pharma business experience, pharma or biotech marketing experience preferred
New Product Planning experience preferred
New product launch experience in Sales or Marketing preferred
Demonstrated track record of business results in complex and ambiguous marketing environments
Successful management of agencies and vendor relationship

<Skills and Capabilities>
Possessing leadership potential
Ability to develop trust relationship in the organization, active listening and influencing are strongly preferred
Ability to work across multiple geographies and J&J companies
Managing agility in multiple task and work environment

<Qualification/Certificate>
Healthcare, bioscience, or business degree is preferred (PhD, MBA)
