【必須(MUST)】 Extensive experience as a second line sales manager or higher, with a strong track record in building high-performance teams.Strong leadership and influencing skills; able to lead change and accountability in a matrixed environment. 【歓迎(WANT)】 Deep sales expertise with a focus on predictability, linearity, and overachievement of targets.Consistent track record to bring in greenfield revenue opportunities and optimize and scale existing opportunities. Adept at using data to drive decision making and inspire change. Excellent communicator with bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English. |
