The FP＆A Director will play a pivotal role in managing the entire budgeting and forecasting processes for both financial and non－financial sectors within Japan. Responsibilities include: － Lead the annual budget and forecasting cycles for the Japan region, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive coverage of financial and non－financial elements. － Oversee all boutique investment initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal allocation of resources. － Act as the primary representative for the FP＆A function in local and global projects, ensuring seamless integration of financial planning and analysis. － Lead and mentor a team of five professionals, fostering a collaborative and high－performing work environment. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in the luxury goods or retail industry.Working experience at consultancy firms is strongly preferred. Experience in managing projects and leading/coordinating cross－functional teams. Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools. |
