＜業務内容詳細＞
－Maintain local market intelligence and develop potential local suppliers in collaboration with category buyers.
－Manage down－payment processes.
－Capture synergies and manage suppliers when required across categories or sites.
－Drive activity plans and represent Procurement in performance reviews with site management.
－Support emergency coordination and ensure local compliance.
－Possess general procurement knowledge and deep expertise in site－related topics.
－Act as Procurement contact for site－specific topics and lead related measures and projects.
－Identify and manage local suppliers.
－Support supplier development and management.
－Consolidate demand information.
－Offer language and cultural support.
－Assist category teams on a project basis within pre－defined capacity.
－Partner with project teams to provide market insights, pre－costing, and supplier recommendations.
－Lead procurement project management for small projects.
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

－Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement.
－University degree
－Experience with production equipment is a plus！
－Preferred: Experience in a business organization within a multinational company.
－Proficient in English （verbal and written）.
－Native－level proficiency in Japanese.
－Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead by influence and effectively persuade others.
－Ability to work individually and in a team environment
