Role Summary: This role will partner with IS leaders to support the company’s continued growth, having a productivity and efficiency mindset and working across divisional and regional boundaries to support the overall Japan IT contract engagement as well as vendor management. Responsible for all IS related contract engagement. Also, it is a critical role for this position to build concrete relationships with the vendors as well as IS members to ensure better service is offered by vendors. ・End to end management of key IT vendors such as contracting, performance monitoring and reporting support ・Manage risk related to external vendors ・Complete internal process required for contract engagement ・Develop good communication and relationships with IT Dept, other depts within the company, and IT vendors ・Support RFP as well as contract negotiation regarding terms & conditions including price negotiation ・Support change management for efficiency ・Supervise staff in vendor contract team |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Required skills and qualification:・IT vender contract management – addressing procurement processes and internal IT processes using required tools such as iValua or Ariba. ・IT vendor performance management – monitoring, aggregating, and analyzing IT vendor performance report using KPIs agreed with IT vendors. ・Good communication skills both in Japanese and English ・Proficiency in understanding MSAs, NDAs and SOWs in Japanese and English ・Mindset of risk management/control ・Proactively exchange information and ideas within and beyond the team and appropriately identify and manage the stakeholders |
