| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Proven team leadership with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.－ Hands－on ERP system experience （ideally Navision or similar）, with the ability to support integrations, data setup, incident resolution, and documentation, including GxP compliance. － Experience managing or contributing to large－scale IT projects. － Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI, or similar CRM and reporting tools. － Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English. － Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and improve team performance. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience working in a global matrix organization.－ Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools. － Background in change management and continuous process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be expected to quickly gain familiarity with both local and global systems, enabling the team to provide effective support within 6 months. By 12 months, the focus will shift toward process optimization and mentoring. The role includes supporting and improving integrations with Salesforce and data analytics platforms, and contributing to the development of reporting and automation tools, while maintaining global system standards. |
