This leadership role is responsible for overseeing accounting operations and financial reporting for the Japan market. The Senior Finance ＆ Accounting Manager will guide a sizeable team, ensure compliance with global and local standards, and play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency across financial processes. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and international environment within a globally recognized luxury brand. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and develop a team of 10＋ finance professionals, including 3 direct reports at the manager/assistant manager level. 2. Foster a collaborative, high－performing culture that supports professional growth and cross－departmental alignment. 3. Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in coordination with the Controlling team. 4. Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. 5. Act as the key contact for head office reporting, providing accurate and comprehensive financial data. 6. Oversee month－end and year－end closing procedures, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and timeliness. 7. Continuously evaluate accounting processes to improve efficiency and implement best practices across the function. 8. Collaborate with internal control teams to strengthen financial governance and mitigate operational risk. 9. Support systems improvement projects aimed at streamlining reporting, automation, and financial data accuracy. 10. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline－ CPA qualification or equivalent; public accounting or audit firm experience required － Experience in a senior accounting or finance role within a multinational or foreign company － Native level Japanese and business English skills 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience in luxury goods, retail, or related industries－ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple region － Deep knowledge of local and international accounting standards － Proven experience leading and developing finance teams |
