Acting as a strategic business partner to the Japan Key Division, this role leads financial planning and analysis activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and key financial initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with both local and global teams, playing a pivotal role in driving data－backed decisions and financial excellence. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Oversee full budget and forecast cycles for the Japan Fashion Division, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial results. 2. Act as the main point of contact for global Fashion Finance counterparts on all Japan, related financial matters. 3. Monitor financial KPIs and asset balances （e.g., inventory, fixed assets） to support both local CFO and global stakeholders in operational decision making. 4. Lead development of executive－level financial presentations for internal and international meetings. 5. Drive process improvement initiatives within the FP＆A function to enhance accuracy and efficiency of planning processes. 6. Provide detailed financial analyses on retail business performance, including case studies, ROI evaluations, and scenario planning. 7. Partner with business leaders to deliver insights that support boutique expansion, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. 8. Support ERP implementation as a core member of the FP＆A team by leading financial user testing and data validation. 9. Represent Japan FP＆A in global and local projects, acting as the finance liaison. 10. Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc reporting, including monthly sales and expense summaries and business performance updates. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Experience in Financial Planning ＆ Analysis within multinational companies－ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field － Knowledge of IFRS or USGAAP － Business－level English and native－level Japanese communication skills － Strong financial modeling, Excel, and presentation skill 【歓迎（WANT）】 － CPA qualification or MBA preferred－ Industry experience in luxury, fashion, retail, or consumer goods － Experience with ERP systems and BI tools |
