＜コンサルタントの声＞ ■業界をリードするグローバル企業 革新的な技術と高品質な製品で、世界中の医療現場を支えているグローバル医療機器メーカーです。成長を続ける業界の中で、最前線の現場に関われる貴重なチャンスです。 ■経営に深く関わるファイナンス・ビジネスパートナー 財務部門として各部門や経営陣と密に連携し、単なる数字の管理や報告にとどまらず、事業計画の立案や意思決定のプロセスにも積極的に関与します。経営視点を持ち、ビジネス全体に影響を与える魅力的なポジションです！ 【業務内容詳細】 <Financial Planning ＆ Analysis> － Lead financial forecasting and budgeting for business units, covering sales, cost of goods sold （COGS）, expenses, capital expenditures （CapEx）, and headcount planning. － Conduct financial reporting and analysis on key metrics such as sales performance, gross margin, operating income, and spending trends. － Proactively monitor and manage business risks and opportunities. － Collaborate with FP＆A teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, cost center management, and project tracking. <Business Partnering ＆ Decision Support> － Serve as a strategic finance partner to business unit leaders and marketing teams, providing financial insights to support growth initiatives. － Review and validate key business proposals, including pricing adjustments, financial structuring of deals, and CapEx investments. － Perform ad－hoc financial analyses to assist with business development, ROI calculations, and resource allocation. － Actively engage in critical business meetings such as monthly performance reviews, Sales ＆ Operations Planning （S＆OP） sessions, and leadership councils, offering financial insights and recommendations. － Performance Monitoring ＆ Process Improvement － Drive business performance through ongoing financial monitoring, analysis, and actionable recommendations. － Support continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 8－10 years of finance experience in a multinational corporation as a Finance BusinessPartner supporting commercial operations. － Fluent in Japanese and English. － Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with a curiosity to deeply understand business drivers. － Proficiency in ERP systems, financial planning tools, and advanced Excel skills. － Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Industry experience in healthcare or a related sector.－ Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other financial analytics tools. － Qualified Accountant （CPA, ACCA） or MBA with a finance specialization. － Familiarity with local GAAP and US reporting standards. |
