Responsibilities: • Openshift Infrastructure Management: • Deploy, configure, and maintain Openshift clusters across various environments (on-premises, cloud, hybrid). • Perform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of Openshift infrastructure components. • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability and stability. • Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Helm for consistent and repeatable deployments. Collaboration and Documentation: • Collaborate effectively with development teams, security teams, and other stakeholders. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. • Participate in on-call rotation as needed. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Openshift platform and processes. Openshift Virtualization (OVirt/CNV) • Design and implement Openshift Virtualization solutions leveraging OVirt or Container Native Virtualization (CNV). • Configure and manage virtual machine infrastructure within the Openshift environment. • Troubleshoot issues related to virtual machines and the virtualization platform. • Develop and maintain automation for VM provisioning and management. Openshift VM Migration • Plan and execute migrations of virtual machines to and from the Openshift environment. • Utilize migration tools and methodologies to ensure minimal downtime and data integrity. • Develop and document migration procedures and best practices. • Troubleshoot migration-related issues and optimize the migration process. • Design, implement, and manage persistent storage solutions utilizing Openshift Data Foundation (ODF) or other supported storage providers. • Configure storage classes, persistent volumes, and access modes to align with application requirements. • Monitor storage performance and capacity, implementing necessary scaling or optimization as required. • Troubleshoot storage-related issues and ensure data resilience and integrity. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 8+ years of experience in managing and administering Linux-based systems. • 10+ years of experience in Virtualization, DC and Cloud Networking. • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Openshift platform. • Strong understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, CRI-O) and Kubernetes concepts. • Proven experience in implementing and managing virtualization solutions within Openshift (OVirt or CNV). • Hands-on experience with virtual machine migration methodologies and tools. • Solid understanding and practical experience with Openshift Data Foundation (ODF) or other software-defined storage solutions. • Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices for containerized environments. • Experience with security tools and practices relevant to Openshift (e.g., vulnerability scanning, network policies, RBAC). • Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like Ansible, Python, Bash, or Helm. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent certifications. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with Openshift (Optional). • Familiarity with ArgoCD, GitOps principles and tools. • Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting in a containerized environment. • Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to the Telco industry. |
