【Job Summary】 ・Responsible for supervising the Quality System Team. The activities included this team are: ・Establishment and maintenance QMS of Fukushima Plant as QMS representative ・Coordination of CAPA activities as Site CAPA Lead ・Document Management (registration, change and obsolete) ・Execution of Quality System Audit (internal, external and supplier) ・Training support including C2C(LPC) ・Preparation and lead of Management Review ・Liaison with GA Quality team 【Job Responsibilities】 Primary Duty ・Safety: Provide a safe work environment to prevent any harm to employees. ・Quality: Play a leadership role in achieving quality objectives and departmental objectives toward realizing the quality policy. ・Deliver: Play a leadership role in achieving stable production and supply. ・Cost: Manage resources (human resources/equipment) in department operations and consider productivity. ・People: Practice the BD way and enhance team unity around common purposes and values. ・Sustainability: Play a leadership role in achieving the commitments of the BD Sustainability Goals 2030+. Role ・Supervise team members and carry out activities like business operations, human resource management, cost control etc. ・Take a leadership role and work across departments in executing business/operational plans for Fukushima Plant and BDJ. Competency ・Enable: Set clear, clear direction and remove barriers ・Include: Foster new, diverse ideas and courageous exchanges with your team ・Coach: Actively listen and provide timely, honest feedback ・Develop: Facilitate continuous growth through learning 【Job Responsibilities】 ・Bachelor's degree or higher in science/engineering or related field and 3 years of technical experience, or a combination of equivalent education and related experience. ・Experience auditing medical devices, etc. (ISO13485, etc.) |

【必須（MUST）】 【Knowledge and Skills】Knowledge and Skills ・Deep knowledge of ISO13485/9001/14001 and other applicable law and guidance. ・Basic knowledge of PMD Act and QMS ordinances. ・Technical and problem solving with logical thinking. ・Project management ・ASQ Certified Quality Auditor is preferred ・Possession of Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean leadership skills, or other Continuous Improvement-related knowledge or experience is considered advantageous. Language ・Japanese: Business level written and verbal communication. ・English: Business level written and verbal communication |
