＜Key Responsibilities＞ ・Analyze and review financial statements and reports. ・Track key performance indicators （KPIs） and prepare detailed financial reports. ・Support budgeting and forecasting processes and assist in monthly close activities. ・Gain a deep understanding of key business drivers to inform decision－making. ・Provide financial guidance to project teams. ・Develop financial forecasts and build robust financial models. ・Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions. ・Ensure adherence to financial guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements. ・Collaborate with various teams across the organization to drive business performance. ・Assist in the preparation of strategic plans and budgets. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.・2＋ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling. ・Ability to present financial information to a non－financial audience. ・Working knowledge of financial strategies. ・Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. ・Detail－oriented and able to perform in a high－pressure environment. ・Strong analytical thinking and problem－solving skills. ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Anaplan, or related financial systems. ・Innovative and out－of－the－box thinker. |
