Position: Tax Global Mobility Senior Manager – Individual Tax ＆ Expat Advisory 📍 Tokyo | 🕒 Hybrid Work | 🌐 Multinational Clients A leading international tax advisory firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Global Mobility team. This is a great opportunity for professionals with a background in individual tax, administrative accounting, and expat tax advisory （both inbound and outbound） to step into a leadership role supporting major global businesses. 💰 Salary: Up to ¥16M （depending on experience） 📝 Full－time | Hybrid work style | Based in Tokyo Why Consider This Role? 【必須（MUST）】 ✅ 5＋ years of experience in individual or corporate tax, with a focus on expat assignments✅ Solid knowledge of personal income tax, foreign tax credit, payroll gross－ups, etc. ✅ Fluency in Japanese and business－level English 【歓迎（WANT）】 ✅ CPA, Tax Accountant, or equivalent qualifications （a plus） |
