■Position Goals ・To provide accurate and timely financial reporting for fund Special Purpose Company （SPC） that invests in Japan real estate ・To provide SPC with cash management, bank accounts maintenance, and coordinate legal and tax compliance matters ■Responsibilities ・Prepare and maintain monthly J－GAAP accounting records for deals in charge ・Supervise and instruct external accounting firm to produce financials ・Operate, monitor and reconcile SPCs bank accounts and effect and monitor cash payments and receipts ・Provide quarterly and annual financial reporting to Singapore team or overseas investors or domestic investors ・Provide support to Singapore team, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, and Acquisition team in various phases such as SPC incorporation, deal acquisition, refinancing, disposition, liquidation ・Provide support to the annual external and internal audits and tax reviews ・Coordinate with tax / legal counsel to prepare for SPC statutory documents |

【必須（MUST）】 ■Required Qualifications ＆ Experiences・Bookkeeping 3rd grade or above ・5 years of accounting work experience ・Native level Japanese, basic level English ・Work experience of annual book closing in small company is preferred. ・SPC （TMK, TK） accounting experience is preferred, but not must ・Experience in foreign financial firm or real estate firm is preferred, but not must ・Good organizational skills, professional, absolute integrity and responsible person ・Position requires working with people from diverse backgrounds including liaising with property managers and asset managers. ■What the position offers ・Working with a global company which has a leading position in the market and an outstanding reputation. ・Opportunity to learn and develop in areas such as financing, tax, different forms of legal entities ・Experience in Asset Management （real estate） ・Working with a growing organization in a dynamic market |
