私たちは、地域社会の発展と企業の成長を可能にするエネルギーソリューションを提供しています。電力、熱、冷気を、お客様やコミュニティが必要とする場所へお届けします。 現在、お客様の発展を後押しする北東アジア地域（NEA）のQHSEスペシャリストを急募しています。 ◾️職務目的 北東アジア事業（日本、韓国、台湾）の各拠点や現場において、QHSE（品質・健康・安全・環境）に関する方針と手順の効果的な実施を徹底し、持続可能なQHSE文化の醸成を支援します。 ◾️主な職務内容 * 品質、健康、安全、環境の継続的な改善を推進するための方針やプロセスの導入を支援する。 * QHSEに関連する入札案件の対応を支援する。 * 部署マネージャー、スーパーバイザー、および従業員に対し、助言とサポートを提供する。 * 日本、韓国、台湾を含むAggrekoの北東アジア地域全体で、現地の法的要件へのコンプライアンスを確実に遵守できるよう支援する。 * グローバルなリスク・事故データベースに報告された内容に基づき、注意喚起や安全に関するアラートの作成を支援する。 * QHSEに関する社内外の監査プログラムを支援する。 * AggrekoのQHSE関連文書を維持管理し、翻訳をサポートする。 * 現場や各拠点で、Aggrekoの方針、手順、および基準が遵守されていることを徹底する。 * 従業員へのQHSEトレーニングを支援し、実施する。 * 新入社員および既存社員へのQHSEに関するオリエンテーションを支援する。 * リスクアセスメントを実施する。 * 事故・インシデントの調査を支援する。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At Aggreko, we provide energy solutions so communities can thrive and businesses can grow. We bring power, heat and cooling to customers and communities wherever they need it. We are hiring immediately for QHSE Specialist NEA - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers. Purpose of the Job Ensure effective implementation of QHSE policies and procedures and assist in a sustainable culture of QHSE at depots and site locations across the then North-East Asia business (Japan / South Korea / Taiwan). What you’ll do ・Assist in the implementation of policies, processes that promote continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment ・Assist in the completion of project tenders relating to QHSE ・Providing advice and assistance to functional managers, supervisors and staff ・Assists in ensuring compliance to local legislative requirements across the Aggreko North-East Asia region including Japan, South Korea and Taiwan ・Assist in producing learning/safety alerts in line with reports received within the global risk and accident database ・Assist in the QHSE internal and external audit programme ・Maintains Aggreko QHSE documentation and support translation ・Ensure adherence to Aggreko’s policies, procedures and standards in sites and depots. ・Assist and deliver QHSE training to staff. ・Assist QHSE induction to new starters and existing employees ・Conduct Risk assessments ・Assist in accident/incident investigations ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

【必須（MUST）】 ◾️求めるスキルと経験・高い日本語および英語のライティング・会話能力 ・関連分野での大学卒以上の学歴が望ましい ・健康、安全、または環境に関する資格を保有していること ・ISO 9001、14001、45001に関する監査経験があれば尚可 ・コンピュータスキル（MS Officeの使用経験） ・効率的な事務能力、優れた計画性、および論理的な思考力 ・北東アジア地域内の出張が可能であること |
