▼Background To support our continued global growth, we are entering a new phase of building an aggressive and strategic corporate finance function. This includes M&A, IR, capital strategy, and long-term financial planning. As part of that effort, we are looking to hire a Corporate Finance Manager who can lead this domain and drive the development of our internal finance team. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role positioned close to executive leadership, and it offers a significant opportunity to grow into a future CFO. ▼Role Overview This role will oversee a wide range of responsibilities across strategic M&A (including PMI), long-term business planning, investor relations, and capital strategy. You will play a key role in shaping our financial narrative as a global SaaS company and building a robust operational foundation to support non-linear growth. ▼Key Responsibilities - Lead and support M&A activities: sourcing, due diligence, valuation, PMI, etc. - Build and maintain financial models and capital strategy - Develop and manage mid- to long-term business plans and KPIs - Build relationships with equity investors (VCs, PEs), prepare and manage IR materials - Lead capital raising and maintain relationships with financial institutions - Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow and asset management (e.g., U.S. Treasuries) - Forecast cash flow based on FX risk and regional liquidity profiles - Plan and execute multi-currency cash strategies (e.g., optimizing USD → JPY conversions) - Optimize cash position and liquidity planning |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - 3–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and business planning - Excellent communication and documentation skills for working with executives and investors - Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency 【歓迎（WANT）】 - Experience in a startup or pre-IPO company- Experience working with global teams or international investors - Practical knowledge in treasury or asset management - Exposure to IPO preparation processes - Highly professional, with strong ethics and external communication skills - Able to bridge strategic and operational thinking, with balanced execution ability - Self-driven with a strong interest in business building and a clear ambition to become a CFO - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced global environments |
