－ Oversee Financial Planning Cycles – Manage annual and target－setting financial planning activities in coordination with senior leaders across departments. － Monitor Financial Performance – Analyze monthly variances in revenue, costs, and headcount against budgets to ensure alignment with business goals. － Enhance Operational Efficiency – Lead initiatives to streamline internal processes and improve productivity within financial operations. － Leverage AI and Digital Tools – Support adoption and continuous enhancement of AI－driven forecasting and digital finance tools, aligning with both local and global teams. － Foster Cross－Functional Collaboration – Partner with strategic and operational teams to implement new models and prioritize key business initiatives. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 7＋ years experience in Finance at an MNC－ Business level English and native Japanese － University degree, preferably specializing in finance 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Growth mindset and willingness to grow and develop－ Experience in the healthcare / pharma sector is a plus but not required |
