Strategic Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of Japan, including leading the resource allocation discussion and setting local expectation for future growth. Embraces AI forecasting process and works with local and global team to continuously enhance and improve process. Drives business support around new financial processes. Work with Global stakeholders （Digital Finance, BPA, FTT and others） to ensure local implementation of Global digital tools and local process standardization. |

【必須（MUST）】 ✅ 10＋ years of experience in finance or accounting, with focus on FP＆A.✅ Business Partnering: Impact brought to the functions in charge, measured by both Finance and Function leaders’ perspective. ✅ Fluency in Japanese and English |
