? Lead all accounting operations in Japan, including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets ? Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings under JGAAP and IFRS ? Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements ? Drive process improvements, automation, and cost accounting initiatives ? Collaborate with cross－functional teams and act as the key contact for auditors and tax advisors |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ✅ 10＋ years of experience in finance and accounting, including cost accounting and manufacturing exposure✅ Deep knowledge of JGAAP and IFRS, with hands－on experience managing closings and audits ✅ Proven team management experience, preferably in multinational environments ✅ Strong interpersonal skills, bilingual （Japanese/English）, and business－driven mindset |
