Be the financial architect of Japan’s next AI leader. As CFO, you will spearhead all financial strategy initiatives at a hyper－growth AI company preparing for IPO. You'll work directly with the CEO to develop long－term funding plans, optimize capital structure, drive investor relations, and lead M＆A and IPO preparation efforts. 【必須（MUST）】 One or more of the following:－ CFO or Head of Finance at a SaaS or tech company － 5＋ years in VC/PE investment － 5＋ years in investment banking （tech/SaaS sector） － 5＋ years supporting growth companies at an audit firm 以下いずれかの経験： － SaaS・テック企業でのCFOまたは財務責任者経験 － VC・PEファンドにおける5年以上の投資業務経験 － 投資銀行でのSaaS・テック企業担当としての5年以上の経験 － 監査法人での成長企業支援経験（5年以上） 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Proven fundraising track record－ Led IPO process － M＆A execution experience － 複数回の資金調達実績 － IPOプロセスの主導経験 － M＆Aの実務経験 |
