■Job Responsibilities ・Acquiring real estate or real estate－related securities that are targeted assets for funds managed ・Main investment targets: logistics, data centers, residential properties, hotels, offices ・Sourcing investment opportunities, evaluating investment projects （underwriting） and preparing for investment management plans ・Conducting due diligence for acquisitions ・Negotiating terms and conditions related to Sales and Purchase agreements and other agreements. ・Preparing for and presenting materials for internal investment committee meetings ・Documentation ・Closing activities |
