Be part of a pioneering company applying deep learning to real－world industries. As a Financial Planning ＆ Analysis （FP＆A） Specialist, you will support business unit growth and strategic decision－making through data－driven financial insights. Responsibilities include budget planning and variance analysis, mid－term business strategy support, KPI design and monitoring, financial modeling, benchmarking, and supporting new company setup. You'll also contribute to critical company－wide projects with your financial expertise. 【必須（MUST）】 － Experience in financial accounting, management accounting, and financial planning－ Ability to design financial models and conduct profitability/cost analysis － Motivation to learn about the company’s business and apply financial insights to strategy － Proactive, adaptable, and curious mindset － 財務会計・管理会計・事業計画策定などの実務経験 － 財務モデリング、コスト・収益分析のスキル － 事業への興味と学習意欲がある方 － 主体性と柔軟性、好奇心のある方 【歓迎（WANT）】 － CPA or USCPA qualifications－ FP＆A experience in a startup or manufacturing firm － Native－level Japanese and Business Level English － 公認会計士またはUSCPA保有者 － スタートアップまたは製造業でのFP＆A経験 － 日本語にネイティブレベル英語ビジネスレベル |
