| 仕事内容 |
We are seeking a research associate to join the Credit Research Department. The team supports investment decision－making by analyzing Japanese credit issuers and providing recommendations to portfolio managers and traders globally. The successful candidate will analyze credit fundamentals, assess bond valuation, and generate investment ideas across JPY and foreign－currency denominated bonds. You will report to the Tokyo－based Head of Research and also collaborate closely with global sector leads. This position offers extensive on－the－job training, cross－border collaboration, and exposure to global credit market practices. 調査部では、日本のクレジット市場における発行体に関するファンダメンタル分析やバリュエーション分析を行い、世界各地のポートフォリオマネージャーやトレーダーに対して投資推奨を行っています。候補者は、円建ておよび外貨建て債券を対象としたクレジット分析を担当し、投資アイディアの創出および保有銘柄のモニタリングにも関わっていただきます。東京拠点の調査部長にレポートしつつ、グローバルなセクターリードとも連携し、国際的な調査体制の一員として活躍いただきます。OJTや海外チームとの協働を通じ、グローバルなクレジット分析スキルを習得できるポジションです。 |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － At least 3 years' experience as a credit or equity analyst, or at an accounting firm－ Strong skills in credit analysis and financial interpretation － Native－level Japanese － Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data terminals （e.g., Bloomberg） － Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and curiosity － クレジットまたは株式アナリスト、または会計事務所での3年以上の経験 － 財務分析・信用分析のスキル － 日本語：ネイティブレベル － Microsoft Office、Bloomberg等の情報端末の使用経験 － 責任感、プロフェッショナリズム、好奇心を持って業務に取り組める方 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Knowledge of Japanese credit/bond markets and experience with spread analysis－ Investment experience in structured finance, equities, or foreign bonds － Business－level English － 日本の債券・クレジット市場に関する知識、スプレッド分析経験 － ストラクチャードファイナンス、株式、外債等の投資経験 － ビジネスレベルの英語力 |
