As we continue to expand following our Series A funding, we are seeking a highly capable individual to take on the role of COO candidate. This person will be responsible for driving strategic planning, KPI management, and overall business growth. Mission This role involves working closely with our sales and administrative teams to directly support the company’s expansion. As a COO candidate, you will be expected to lead not only the scaling of existing businesses but also the development of new ventures in the future. ・SalaryJPY 7,000,000 – JPY 9,000,000 per year ・Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays ・Leave benefits: Paid leave, year-end and New Year holidays, sick leave, bereavement leave ・Social insurance: Fully covered under the Japanese social security system ・Visa sponsorship: Available if required #Working Environment ・Occasional remote work is possible depending on the situation ・Use of office space with focus booths is available if desired ・No specific dress code, but appropriate casual/business casual attire is required for external communications, including videoconference |
| 応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 /Experience as a COO or in a similar senior operational role/Business-level English proficiency /For non-native Japanese speakers, Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above 【歓迎(WANT)】 /Experience navigating the challenges of early-stage startups/Proven track record of business growth in the COO role during the early phases of a startup Since our founding, NABLA Mobility has aimed to build a team and environment that delivers innovative products to the global market.
