東京・大阪における新規データセンター施設および大規模改修・拡張プロジェクトの建設・設計・デリバリーを統括する、豊富な経験を持つデザインマネージャー（特に電気設備設計に強い方） を募集しています。 本ポジションは 日本の設計・建設ディレクター にレポートし、東京・虎ノ門の本社に常駐 いただきます。必要に応じて 印西、大阪への出張・現地対応 があります。 理想的な候補者は、複雑かつミッションクリティカルなインフラプロジェクトにおける設計・建設・引き渡しの実績を持ち、優れた技術的プロジェクトマネジメントスキルと 最低10年以上の関連経験 を有している方です。社内外のステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーションのため、日本語が流暢 であることが求められます。 業務内容 / Responsibilities ・日本国内における新規データセンター施設および大規模改修・拡張プロジェクトの 建設およびプロジェクトデリバリー全体を管理 ・用地取得の際、以下の観点でデータセンター開発に適した土地かを評価： ◦建築・機械・電気の観点からの技術的実現可能性 ◦インフラ（電力、通信、給水、排水など）の可用性・供給能力 ◦上記を含む 全範囲の技術デューデリジェンスの実施 ・テナントオンボーディングを支援し、以下を含む技術的実現可能性（特に電気）を評価： ◦電力容量 ◦冗長設計（例：UPS、発電機） ◦テナントシステムとの統合 ・電力負荷の増大、冗長化計画、高密度環境における配電システムなど、増加する電気関連の技術ニーズに対応 ・電気設計や建設マネジメントの社内専門家と部門横断で協働し、統合されたチームとして最高品質の成果 を提供 ・社内ステークホルダー、外部コンサルタント、施工会社、ベンダーとの 主要な窓口・クライアント代表 を務める We are seeking an experienced Design Manager (Particularly strong in electrical equipment design) to oversee the construction and project design and delivery of new data center facilities and major renovation/expansion projects in Tokyo / Osaka. Reporting to the Director of Design and Construction, Japan, this role will be based full-time on the Head Office in Toranomon – Tokyo. On site in Inzai and Osaka with travel as required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the design, construction and delivery of complex, mission-critical infrastructure projects, with strong technical project management skills and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Fluency in Japanese is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities ・Managing the overall construction and project delivery of new data center facilities and major renovation/expansion projects in Japan. ・During site acquisition, assess whether land is suitable for data center development based on: ・Technical feasibility from architectural, mechanical, and electrical perspectives ・Availability and capacity of supporting infrastructure (power, telecom, water supply, sewage, etc.) ・Conduct full-scope technical due diligence ・Support tenant onboarding by evaluating technical feasibility electrical infrastructure, including power capacity, redundancy design (e.g., UPS, generators), and integration with tenant systems. ・Respond to growing technical needs related to electrical load demands, redundancy planning, and power distribution systems, especially in high-density environments. ・Collaborate cross-functionally with internal experts from electrical design and construction management to deliver best-in-class outcomes as a unified team. ・Serve as the primary point of contact and client representative, interfacing with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and vendors. |

【必須（MUST）】 ■Knowledge/Experience・用地デューデリジェンス、設計開発、技術ステークホルダー管理の豊富な経験 ・高可用性環境における配電システム、冗長電気設備の設計（UPS、発電機、スイッチギア等）、電気工学のベストプラクティスについての深い理解 ・Proven experience in site due diligence, design development, and technical stakeholder management. ・A deep understanding of power distribution, redundant electrical system design (UPS, generators, switchgear, etc.), and electrical engineering best practices in high-availability environments. ■Skills ・社内外の顧客に対する 高いサービス精神 を持ち、最小限の監督下で自律的に業務を遂行力 ・Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service—toward both colleagues and clients—and can work autonomously with minimal supervision. 【歓迎（WANT）】 ■Knowledge/Experience・データセンター建設または同等のミッションクリティカル施設プロジェクトにおける設計・監理経験、および施工会社のマネジメント経験 ・5年以上の強固な技術プロジェクトマネジメント経験 ・データセンターまたは同様のミッションクリティカル施設における電気設備の設計・監理経験 ・電気関係の国内規格（例：電気設備技術基準、JIS、IEEE 等）への深い理解 ・Experience in design and supervision for data center construction or similar mission-critical facility projects, along with management experience of contractors. ・Strong technical project management skills with 5+ years of experience are preferred. ・Experience in electrical system design and supervision for data center or similar mission-critical projects. ・Strong understanding of local electrical codes and standards (e.g., 電気設備技術基準, JIS, IEEE standards). ■Skills ・電気主任技術者資格 または同等の資格 ・Licensed Chief Electrical Engineer or similar qualification. ■Language 応募時点での英語力は問わない。ただし業務上、英語を使用する場面があるため、入社後に積極的に学習・向上する姿勢を持っていること。 ・English proficiency is not required at the time of application.
