Position outline: • Lead end－to－end supply chain operations—from sourcing through to customer delivery—ensuring high service levels and timely fulfillment. • Collaborate with global and local teams to execute S＆OP processes, optimize inventory, and drive strategic planning. －Identify and act on opportunities to improve supply stability, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. • Manage key projects including new product launches and ERP－related initiatives, ensuring supply readiness and process alignment. • Maintain compliance with internal controls, support audits, and ensure accurate, timely data in ERP systems. • Continuously improve supply chain processes through structured problem－solving, documentation updates, and stakeholder engagement. |

【必須（MUST）】 • Strong customer focus and ability to keep their trust.• Well balance of strategic thinking and details for executional operations. • Excellent at analytical skill on KPI and further improvement. Solution oriented against ambiguous and complex issues in a concise and logical manner. • Project management skill on cross functional team. • Effectively communicate and collaborate with local ＆ global stakes holders with respect in both Japanese and English. • Intermediate skill in use of MS office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced preferred. • Advanced skills regarding ERP and WMS operations. • Self－motivated and proactive attitudes.
