■Overview_業務概要 As a legal officer supporting the forefront of space development, you will be broadly involved in legal-related tasks. Assuming a team-based approach to work, strengthening the legal framework has become an urgent necessity as the business scales, and we are looking for you to play an active role as a legal professional. 宇宙開発の最前線を支える法務担当として、法務関連業務を中心に幅広くサポートしていただきます。 チームで業務を進めることを前提に、事業のスケールと共に法務体制の整備が急務となっており、法務担当として活躍していただきたいです。 ■Example of Details_具体的な業務内容例 ・Reviewing and drafting contracts (in both Japanese and English) ・Researching domestic and international laws and regulations (such as space law and export control laws) ・Supporting contract negotiations with business partners and collaborators ・Developing internal regulations and establishing a governance framework ・Providing legal advisory services to management and development teams ・Supporting the formulation of patent and intellectual property strategies (in collaboration with patent attorneys) ・契約書のレビュー・ドラフト作成（日英） ・国内外の法令・規制調査（宇宙法、輸出管理法等） ・取引先・提携先との契約交渉支援 ・社内規程の整備・ガバナンス体制構築 ・経営陣・開発チームへの法務アドバイザリー ・特許・知財戦略の立案支援（弁理士と連携） ■Background_背景 Currently, legal affairs are handled concurrently by team members and executives. In order to create an environment where each role can focus on its core responsibilities, we aim to first strengthen the organizational structure from within. To achieve this, we are looking to transfer legal responsibilities from those currently handling them as side duties.
