By fostering cross-functional collaboration, CMSO enhances cost competitiveness and resilience while driving the maximization of value delivered to society and stakeholders. 【Role Overview】 We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Global Head of Transformation Management to lead and drive transformation across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and repair functions. In this role, you will oversee global initiatives and lead a team of project managers and PMOs, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards. This position requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale transformation projects and a strong emphasis on optimizing business processes, leveraging technology, and fostering talent development. 【Key Responsibilities】 ・Strategy & Vision Develop and implement a global transformation roadmap across manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with leadership to ensure transformation initiatives drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards. ・Leadership & People Development Provide both disciplinary and functional leadership to a global team of project managers and PMOs (5-10 members) responsible for managing large-scale global operations projects across regions, including Japan, APAC, EMEA, the US, and China. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Promote leadership development and ensure the smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and work methodologies. ・Supply Chain, Procurement & Manufacturing Optimization Oversee the transformation of supply chain and procurement functions, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing strategic sourcing practices. Drive enhancements in manufacturing operations by applying lean principles and leveraging smart factory technologies. ・Quality & Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with global quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout transformation initiatives. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and maintain regulatory adherence. ・Program Management & Execution Manage multiple global transformation programs, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Monitor performance through KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure consistent progress. Oversee project budgets in the double-digit million USD range. ・Risk & Issue Resolution Identify and mitigate risks related to quality, regulatory compliance, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.
