アジアサービスデリバリーのサービスアクティベーションチームを率いて、優れた顧客サービスを提供し、回線デリバリーに関する問題を解決する責任を負います。IT ネットワークの構築・設定に関する確かな知識と顧客サービスの経験が必要です。問題解決の姿勢と、特定の目標を達成できるようにチームを動機付ける能力は、このポジションで優れた成果を上げるために不可欠なスキルです。最終的には、高品質の回線デリバリー、顧客サポートを保証し、顧客満足度を高めることができる必要があります。 さらに、デリバリー プロジェクト、顧客回線移行プロジェクト等を主導し、プロジェクトチームがUAT/ORT テストなどを正常に実行できるように支援する責任も負います。チーム内で技術専門家 (Subject Matter Expert (SME)) として働けるように、現在のプラットフォームとプロセスに関する技術的な専門知識を習得することが期待されます。エスカレーションを主導する責任があり、すべての段階で私たちの価値を実証する必要があります。 Responsible for leading Service Activation team in Asia Service Delivery to provide excellent customer service and resolve all delivery issues. A solid knowledge of IT network construction and configuration, along with experience in customer service, is required. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate the team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position. Ultimately, should be able to ensure high quality circuit delivery, customer support and increase customer satisfaction. Additionally, he/she will be responsible to lead delivery projects, customer circuit migration projects, assist project teams in successfully carrying out UAT/ ORT tests etc. He/She is expected to gain technical expertise on current platforms and processes so that he works as Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team. The person will be responsible to lead escalations and must demonstrate our values at all stages. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 - ネットワーク設計/プロビジョニングにおける関連業界での最低 10 年の経験。インストール/テスト/NOC 環境 (光/Ethernet/SDH/SONET、DWDM、EoSDH/IP) に関する十分な理解/知識。- チームを率いた経験が最低5年。 - ネットワーク関連技術に関する十分な知識と強い関心を持っていること。 - 技術的な概念を文書に明確に表現できる優れた文章力、口頭力、プレゼンテーション力。 - 日本語と英語の両方でビジネス文書を作成する経験と知識。 - 技術的な知識のない対象者に指示を与えたり説明する能力を備えた、確かな技術的背景。 - 優れたコミュニケーション能力（書面と口頭の両方）と優れた能動的なリスニング能力。 - Microsoft - Office (Visio、Word、PPT、Excel) および日常の管理タスクで使用されるその他のツールに関する十分な実用知識。 - 必要に応じて他のチームと効果的に連携。 - 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語:ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き会話全て） - Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience in Network Planning / Provisioning. Good understanding/knowledge on installations & commissioning / testing / NOC environment (on Optical / Packet / SDH/SONET, DWDM and EoSDH / IP). - Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams. - Have good knowledge and strong interest in network-related technology. - Excellent written, oral and presentation skills able to articulate technical concepts into documentation. - Experience and knowledge in writing business documents both in Japanese and English. - Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal and excellent active listening skills. - Good working knowledge on MS – Office (Visio, Word, PPT & Excel) and other tools used for day 2 day administrative tasks. - Liaise effectively with other teams when necessary. - Native level of Japanese and Fluent in English for speaking, listening, writing and reading. CCNP/CCIEがあれば尚可 CCNP/CCIE would be plus. |
