| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Required Skills & Experiences (must have):• At least 3 years of experience working in the insurance domain • A minimum of 5 years of experience in system specification development • Bilingual capability is a must (Japanese N2 is minimum) • Ability to link functionality with data across various systems • Experience in supporting technical teams and managing outcomes • Experience interacting with business users and counterparts across markets/regions/globally 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Insurance certifications such as those from LOMA (Life Management Institute) or the Institute of Insurance India (I.I.I) will be an added advantage |
