==Who Are We Looking For== This is an exciting opportunity where we invent new products and services for our customers. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can support and work with Product Managers and Engineers to develop best-in-class products. Your role involves coordinating with internal members and communicating with external stakeholders to lead product development. You will also manage outsourced resources to align projects. ==Responsibilities== ・Support qualitative customer research activity for extracting customer value and When necessary, not only coordinate but also actively participate in interviews. ・Assist Product Managers in defining specifications, especially by efficiently conducting PoC activities using prototypes. ・Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including Toyota Motors) to collaborate on product development activities and lead synergy across the organization |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ・5+ years of experience in planning a new business or project/product management・3+ years of experience working in the software and/or hardware field ・Demonstrated adaptability to evolving roles with a proactive approach to change, including experience in fast-paced environments like startups where roles shift with company and product growth ・Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills ・Business Level English and Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 ・PMP or other Project/Program Management certifications・Experience in developing products that combine both hardware and software ・Experience working in the Automotive or related industry ・Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field is a plus |
