Since 2019, we have also introduced personal data breach solutions to the Japanese market. Position Summary – EC Director / Online Store Operations Manager: You will be responsible for operating and managing Norton’s official stores to drive affiliate partnership business focusing on acquiring new customers and achieving KPIs. Key Responsibilities: ・Manage and operate official online stores in owned platforms. ・Drive affilate partnership business to increase new customer. ・Plan and execute marketing activities including ads, events, and seasonal campaigns. ・Manage advertising budget and cost control. ・Collaborate with partners to implement traffic-driving strategies. ・Optimize online store page designs for better UX and conversion. ・Coordinate with internal creative teams and external vendors to produce promotional banners. ・Handle PR/PO issuance related to your sales channels. ・Communicate with overseas e-commerce and finance teams via email and online meetings (English required). ・Assist senior managers with broader digital marketing activities as needed. Team Structure: You will join the Japan Sales & Marketing Department, specifically the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Team, which is responsible for the overall e-commerce strategy. Your direct supervisor will be based in Japan. Work Environment: ・Headquartered in Arizona, USA, NortonLifeLock operates a Japanese office located in Ark Hills, Akasaka. ・The team enjoys a friendly, collaborative atmosphere with a hybrid work model (remote + in-office). ・The position follows a discretionary labor system, allowing flexibility in working hours.
