仕事内容 Support various legal affairs in Japan, including but not limited to the following tasks:
1. Review daily business contracts and draft Japanese contract templates;
2. Be responsible for legal consulting affairs in various sectors such as distribution, e-commerce, and after-sales service;
3. Conduct legal research activities in various fields;
4. Deal with unexpected risk events;
5. Conduct legal training;
6. Optimize and formulate various internal risk control/compliance regulations and work processes to prevent various legal and compliance risks.
労働条件 ■Annual Salary Note: The salary includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours per month.
■Social Insurance: Health Insurance, Welfare Pension, Workers’ Accident Compensation Insurance, Employment Insurance
■Work Location: Tokyo
■Nearest Stations: Tokyo Metro Ginza Line Akasaka Mitsuke Station (10-minute walk) / Toei Subway Oedo Line Aoyama-itchome Station (9-minute walk) / Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line Akasaka Station (12-minute walk)

■Contract Period: Fixed-term contract
■Probationary Period: Yes (6 months)

■Working Hours: Flex-time system with core hours (1-hour break)
■Holidays: Complete two-day weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays, 3 days for summer vacation
■Paid Leave: 10 days upon joining (conditions apply for the month of joining)
■Overtime: Yes (Average 30 hours per month / Overtime exceeding 45 hours per month will be compensated separately)

【Annual Paid Leave】
■The fiscal year is from January 1st to December 31st. The annual leave for the year of joining is granted as follows:
Joined in June: 10 days
Joined in July: 8 days
Joined in August: 6 days
Joined in September: 4 days
Joined in October: 3 days
Joined in November: 2 days
Joined in December: 1 day
■For subsequent years, the following annual leave is granted starting from January 1st:
1 year of service: 16 days
2 years of service: 18 days
3 years or more: 20 days
(Note: For years of service under one year, it will be rounded up to one year.)
【Other Leave】
■Paid Sick Leave: 3 days

【Retirement and Other Information】
■Retirement Age: 65 years old
■Employees wishing to continue working after the retirement age of 65, and who do not fall under grounds for dismissal or voluntary resignation, may be employed until the age of 70.
応募資格

【必須（MUST）】

1.More than 5 years of experience in legal affairs in Japan, with working experience in large multinational companies, communications industry, semiconductor industry, Internet industry, and law firms preferred;
2.Bachelor’s degree or above;
3.Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to use English as a working language;
