◇ Collaborate with internal teams to design, manage, and implement Key Opinion Leader （KOL） strategies. ◇ Partner with Medical Affairs and representatives from prominent academic organizations to assist in the development and updating of evidence and guidelines. ◇ Act as a central point for KOL and area－specific strategies, overseeing the coordination of unified messaging and educational initiatives for healthcare professionals （HCPs）. |

【必須（MUST）】 ◇ Strong aptitude for identifying objectives and resolving challenges, even in uncertain circumstances.◇ Capacity for strategic and analytical thinking. ◇ Leadership abilities to engage both internal and external stakeholders, implement strategies, deliver results, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. ◇ Flexibility to adapt to change and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ◇ A deep understanding of our core values and the ability to embody them as a role model. ◇ Experience in sales within the cardiology sector （preferred）. |
