チームおよび候補者の役割： 運用部は顧客からの委託に基づき、資産ポートフォリオ運用を行う部門です。このポジションの方 は、将来のポートフォリオマネージャーおよびトレーダー候補となります。候補者は、日々のポート フォリオ運用と取引執行に携わり、ポートフォリオ マネージャーやトレーダーと緊密に連携して、市 場動向を注視しつつ、取引前分析、取引入力、取引/ポジション報告などを行います。候補者は継続的 な専門教育を奨励する文化のもと、オンザジョブ トレーニング（OJT）、オンライン能力開発ツール などを通じ、能力向上の機会を得ることが出来ます。 主な職務： • トレーダーの取引前適合性確認、取引入力、取引後処理をサポート • 市場動向、ポジションレポート、価値分析、ポートフォリオ分析の提供を含む、ポートフォリ オマネージャーの投資戦略立案の支援 • 市場情報の収集および内部会議、定例レポートへのコメント準備 • 顧客とのミーティングへの準備支援 • 投資委託先の運用に関する監視業務 • ポートフォリオ運用に関する内部・外部の要請への対応、及び特定プロジェクトへの参画 Role Value Proposition: The Investment Department manages portfolios of assets on behalf of clients. The position is to build a talent pool of portfolio managers and traders in the future. The candidate will be involved in day－to－day portfolio operation and trade execution on the portfolios, working closely with our portfolio managers and traders to provide market surveillance, pre－trade analysis, trade entry, and transaction/position reporting. The candidate will benefit from on－the－job training, online development tools, and a culture that encourages continuing professional education. Key Responsibilities: • Support traders on pre－trade compliance, trade bookings, and post－trade processing, • Assist portfolio managers in building investment strategies, including provisions of market color, position reports, valuation, and portfolio analytics, • Gather market intelligence and prepare commentaries for internal meetings and regular reporting items, • Assist in preparation for client meetings, • Oversight of portfolio actions by sub－investment managers retained by the company, and • Facilitate internal/external inquiries and contribute to ad－hoc project works |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • 2～5 年の金融機関勤務経験• 経済、金融、会計、数学、工学、科学、経営、あるいはその他関連分野の専門知識を有する学 士号取得者 • 日本語ネイティブ • 2 － 5 years of work experience with financial institutions, • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Engineering, Science, Business, or any other related field of expertise • Native Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 • 投資関連業務の経験• 高い定量分析能力、各種マイクロソフト製品・投資運用関連ベンダー製品の知識 • CMA、CFA、その他金融関連資格への関心または取得意欲 • ビジネスレベルの英語力 • Exposure to investment related functions, • Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of MS business applications, investment management vender tools such as Bloomberg or BlackRock Solutions, • Interest in or progress toward the CMA, CFA, or other similar financial qualification • Business level English |
