Manage surgical product marketing, optimize profitability, coordinate product launches, drive demand, support sales teams, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: ◇Manage local product assortment to maximize profitability and ensure optimal product availability. ◇Coordinate new product launches and manage product－related training for the sales team. ◇Implement product－related activities to stimulate demand internally and externally. ◇Supervise product changes and ensure clear communication to minimize disruption to customers. ◇Collaborate with cross－functional teams on business development opportunities and product optimization. ◇Support the sales team by providing product information, handling questions, and offering marketing insights. ◇Assist in developing promotional materials, pricing strategies, and content for internal meetings. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 ◇Strong knowledge of surgical products and marketing tools.◇Experience in managing product assortment and driving demand. ◇Ability to collaborate with cross－functional teams for product launches. ◇Excellent communication skills for customer and internal team interactions. ◇Experience in pricing strategy, promotional material development. ◇Ability to manage back orders and optimize product availability. ◇Familiarity with regulatory matters and sales training for product－related activities. |
