仕事内容 The Clinical Engagement Manager (CEM) will coordinate Japan-specific clinical activities based on the strategic plan and regional strategy.
You will report to the APAC Regional Clinical Engagement Director and participate in the regional team, aligning activities across the region.
Additionally, you will support the country business directors and oversees professional education activities in Japan.

◇Manage Clinical Engagement Activities: Oversee KOL management, professional education events, clinical activation, and evidence dissemination within Japan.

◇Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Clinical Engagement team and other departments to meet objectives and support the mission and vision.

◇Consultative Role for Marketing: Provide feedback on KOL development, medical society collaboration, medical intelligence, and education content for marketing teams.

◇Clinical Evidence & Strategic Support: Guide local WC BA on clinical evidence, best practices, and support product evaluations and strategy development.

◇Compliance & Performance Measurement: Ensure activities adhere to regulatory standards and track performance towards commercial goals, aligning with local market strategies.

◇Budget Management: Responsible for managing the budget for assigned Clinical Engagement activities.
応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

◇Advanced medical degree
◇5+ years of experience in clinical, medical, or marketing
◇Confident interacting with KOLs and external partners
◇Ability to understand and analyse scientific data and publications
◇Strong relationship-building skills
◇Ability to work in English (report line: APAC)
